After Sales

In house we have a resident jeweller and watchmaker meaning we are in a fantastic position to help in the long term maintenance of your watch ownership, please ask about our servicing costs.

Each instock purchase comes with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee if a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase a full refund or exchange will be provided (all returned goods to be delivered in exactly the same condition in which they were dispatched - NEW watches must be returned with case seals intact). We provide a full 12 month mechanical warranty on all second hand watches.

Delivery Details

We professionally packaged all our watches and will they dispatched for next day with full value insurance. Delivery is made upon clearance of payment and customers are also welcome to collect their goods IN PERSON (this is BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY as many stock items are not stored at our premises). UK postage is subsidised at £15 for fully insured next day delivery via fully insured courier.
