All our unworn watches come with the Manufacturers International Warranty, this means that if you have any problems with the watch you can take it to your nearest Authorised Dealer who will take care of the problems for you.
All our pre-owned watches will come with the balance of the Manufacturers International Warranty and if their balance is less than two years it will come with a 1 Year Ancient & Modern Warranty.
This watch is supplied by a UK High Street shop that you are welcome to visit any time Monday to Friday 9 am until 5 pm.
We have been in our current location for over 60 years and have just completed a major refurbishment. We are not located in a temporary shared office or in an industrial unit - you know exactly where we are when you need us, be it for sales advice, aftercare or on that rare occasion when a problem occurs with your watch.
Our shop is located on New Market Street in Blackburn just opposite Marks & Spencer, you will see a big sign that reads Iconic Watches Ancient & Modern. If you are driving to us we recommend that you park on Northgate, a 15 meter walk from us as our street is pedestrianised.
Please note that we don't keep all in-stock watches in our shop as it is a security risk, many are kept off-site. So if you wish to view a particular watch please get in touch with us so we can arrange to have the watch in. We only need a couple of hours notice. Products that are listed as "Availability: Next Day Delivery" will be dispatched the same day as we receive the order as long as the order is made before 12.00 pm UK time. After this time we may still be able to get the product out however it is unlikely as DHL collects around this time. If you want the watch delivering on a different date please let us know and we will schedule it.
Standard delivery is any time next day. We are also able to offer premium delivery options which include, Saturday delivery and pre 1 pm weekday. Please note additional charges are applicable for the premium delivery options.
