Unworn Watches and Jewellery

  All our unworn watches (unless otherwise specified) come complete with the full original manufacturer's warranty. In cases where some of this original warranty has elapsed Ancient and Modern Jewellers will guarantee to fully cover any elapsed warranty. All our watches are guaranteed to be genuine and absolutely as described.

Pre-owned Watches and Jewellery

  Many of our pre-owned watches are still covered by the balance of the original manufacturer's warranty. All our pre-owned watches are covered by Ancient and Modern Jewellers 12 month mechanical warranty and are guaranteed to be genuine and absolutely as described.  

7 Day No Quibble Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee with each one of our in-stock watches, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase for ANY reason a full refund/exchange will be given provided that goods are returned in exactly the same condition in which they were dispatched (in the case of unworn watches the wear seals must still remain intact). The cost and responsibility of returning goods to us for refund/exchange remain the responsibility of the customer.
