The Rolex Day-Date II was launched in 2008 is an enhanced edition of the Day-Date. It has all the great qualities of the original Day-Date and more. The Rolex Day-Date II comes in a larger 41mm diameter casing which is just 5 mm bigger than the original. The Rolex Day-Date II is also equipped with a parachrom blu hairspring that could deal with the effects of magnets and shock. The Paraflex is an added feature of the Rolex Day-Date II for shock absorption.
