After Sales

We offer excellent an after-sales service which we are well placed to help in the long term care of your watch when it comes to servicing and repairs etc. We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee with each and every one of our in-stock watches and if customers are dissatisfied with their purchase for ANY reason a full refund/exchange will be given provided that goods are returned in exactly the same condition in which they were dispatched (in the case of unworn watches the wear seals must still remain intact). All pre-owned watches are covered by our own 12 month mechanical warranty.

Delivery Details

All items are professionally packaged and will be dispatched for next day fully insured delivery upon clearance of payment (Our own insurance policy covers any value above the maximum £2500 insurance offered by the Royal Mail). Customers are also welcome to collect their goods IN PERSON (this is BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY as many stock items are not stored at our premises). UK postage will be charged at only £15 for fully insured next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
